Special Dinners

The special dinners combine a delicious menu with great talk, friends and stories. A tradition that exists since the times of the former Pousada do Vale, the special dinners happen once a week. It’s an opportunity to meet other guests and exchange experiences of the island’s activities. Also, you may hear a few stories from Solon, from the time he was a boy and played freely exploring the island with his friends.

To ensure the preparation of these dinners we have a great structure which includes a spacious and well equipped kitchen as well as a brick oven and barbecue.

Barbecue and brick oven

The menu varies from fish prepared in the banana leaf, ceviche, barbecue, lamb, pork, pasta, and brick oven pizza among other delights.

Our guests may follow the preparations and even help define the menu.
It’s a dinner among friends where everyone feels at home.


Every Sunday: all you can eat brick oven salty and sweet pizza!

Try the more than 20 different flavors of salty and sweet pizza prepared in our delicious brick oven. Some of our specialties are crunchy garlic, basil, dried meat, egg plant, salmon, chicken, apple and cinnamon, banana, chocolate among others.
