Special Dinners
The Special Dinners are a great experience, which features a delicious meal as well as a delightful ambiance, providing time to chat with new friends and hear tales from the island.
A tradition that exists since the times of the former Pousada do Vale, the special dinners happen twice a week. It’s an opportunity to meet other guests and exchange experiences of the island’s activities while enjoying the foods prepared by our crew.
To ensure the preparation of these dinners we have a great structure which includes a spacious and well equipped kitchen as well as a brick oven and barbecue.
These dinners are prepared by friends for friends, where everyone feels at home!
Solon’s fish dinner party every Thursday
Savour the traditional Banana leaf cooked fish, served with salads, corn cream, pumpkin mash, rice, “pirao” and much more. Experience our hospitality during a special night while you enjoy a typical Fernando de Noronha dinner and hear Solon’s stories from his adventures in the island.
All you can eat pizza night every Sunday – Savoury and dessert pizzas
Taste more than 20 savoury and dessert pizzas prepared in our delicious brick oven. A few of our specialties are margerita, “carne seca” (dry meat), eggplant, chicken, apple and cinnamon, banana, and chocolate among others.
